RESOLUTION NO. 15703 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS BY THE CALIFORNIA <br />MUNICIPAL FINANCE AUTHORITY IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT <br />NOT TO EXCEED $58,000,000 TO FINANCE AN AFFORDABLE RENTAL <br />HOUSING FACILITY FOR SENIORS FOR THE BENEFIT OF AN ENTITY <br />FORMED BY MIDPEN HOUSING CORPORATION, AND CERTAIN OTHER <br />MATTERS RELATING THERETO <br />8. STAFF REPORT(S) AGENDA PAGE NUMBER 409 <br />A. Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center -YMCA Traffic Calming <br />Update and Neighborhood Recommendations (304) <br />Vice Mayor Howard is recused from participating in this item due to a conflict <br />of interest that she sits on the YMCA board. She left the dais at 7:38 p.m. <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Receive summary of findings from the neighborhood traffic calming <br />workshops associated with the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center - <br />YMCA Project <br />2. Direct staff to design pilot traffic calming improvements for priority <br />intersections identified through the community workshops that can be <br />phased in as funding permits <br />3. Direct staff to study top priority traffic calming measures during the CEQA <br />analysis for Phase I improvement plans of the Veterans Memorial <br />Building/Senior Center -YMCA Project <br />Motion and second (Seybert/Aguirre) to adopt staff recommendations. The <br />motion passes 5-0-1 with Vice Mayor Howard recused and <br />Councilmember Gee absent. <br />MINUTE ORDER 18-171 <br />9.
