8. STAFF REPORTS <br />A. Downtown Parks Site Assessment and Feasibility Study (613) <br />PRCS Director Chris Beth introduced the item. Matthew Arnold of SERA <br />Design made a presentation. <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Receive update on the Downtown Parks Site Assessment and <br />Feasibility Study <br />2. By motion, provide direction to staff on which city- owned parcels will <br />continue to the Downtown Park design phase <br />Public Comment: <br />• Kimberly Koche <br />• Harris Feinberg <br />• Chelsea Vargas <br />• Isabelle Chu <br />• Alice Kaufman <br />• Tristan Alexander Alvarado Arana <br />M/S Borgens/Masur to receive update on the Downtown Parks Site <br />Assessment and Feasibility Study and to direct staff to continue to the <br />Downtown Park design phase with three selected sites to create a linear <br />park network. Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER 18-183 <br />B. Consider transition to District Elections; Adopt a Resolution of Intent <br />(307) <br />Deputy City Manager Alex Khojikian introduced the item.
