The provision of permeable areas and drainage design appropriate to <br />capture and treat stormwater runoff prior to its discharge from the site <br />including, but not limited to, the use of vegetated swales, landscape <br />features, permeable pavement materials, infiltration basins or <br />engineered designs. <br /> The proposed project would not have any detrimental impact on existing <br />permeable areas. <br /> <br />Section 5. Project Approval Subject to Conditions of Approval: The <br />Planning Commission hereby approves the Architectural Permit for Option B with <br />Conditions of Approval provided in Exhibit A. <br />Section 6.
