Consideration of Historic Landmark Designation and Historic Preservation <br />Agreement (Mills Act Contract) for a residence located at 127 Finger Avenue <br />(APN:052-063-080) <br />Recommendation: <br />Hold a public hearing and: 1) Adopt a resolution designating the structure at <br />127 Finger Avenue, Redwood City, California an Historic Landmark, and 2) By <br />motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute and record an <br />Historic Property Preservation Agreement for said property. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 8 (Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of <br />the Environment) and Class 31 (Historical resource restoration/rehabilitation). <br />7.13.
