6.A. - Page 4 of 13 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Property Owner and City hereby amend the Original Agreement as <br />follows: <br />1. Exhibit "B" and Exhibit "C" to the Original Agreement are of no further force and <br />effect and are hereby replaced with Revised Exhibit "B" and Revised Exhibit "C," attached hereto and <br />incorporated by reference. <br />2. In all other respects the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3. This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts which together shall <br />constitute the contract of the Parties. <br />4. Authorijy.
