6.B. - Page 335 of 366 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AMENDING THE SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR EMPLOYEES <br />REPRESENTED BY THE CHIEF OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION (COA) <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Chief Officers' Association (COA) have reached <br />agreement on a Successor Memorandum of Understanding for October 1, 2018 - <br />September 30, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties agreed to amend the salary and wage plan by granting a <br />3% cost -of -living adjustment effective October 1, 2018 and a 3% cost -of -living adjustment <br />effective October 14, 2019. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
