City of Redwood City, et al., 17CIV04073 <br />STRATEGIC INITIATIVE <br />Government Operations <br />BACKGROUND <br />This is a lawsuit arising from a solo bicycle accident that occurred at or about 279 Alameda de las Pulgas <br />in Redwood City on September 15, 2016. The parties reached a global settlement, whereby the City would <br />pay $375,000 in full and final settlement of all claims.
