6.G. - Page 3 of 11 <br />would continue to serve park patrons and sport groups using the adjoining fields while the sale process <br />commences. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />A single payment in the amount of $29,082 will be due immediately with additional payments of $9,694 <br />per month required until the end of the lease (July 31, 2019) or title transfer of the property, whichever <br />occurs first.
