By motion, approve Final Map No. SM 2016-003, the Subdivision Map for The Grove; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement <br />Agreement with Liberty Hall Lane Partners, LP; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute three Landscape <br />Maintenance Agreements with Liberty Hall Lane Partners, LP; <br />4.
