(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on November 5, 2018, <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard, Masur, Seybert, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Gee/Aguirre, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Participating <br />Agency Endorsement and Authorization to an Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing <br />Agreement; and <br />Approve and authorize the City Manager to purchase 125 Taser Conducted Energy <br />Weapons and necessary accessories such as holsters, batteries, and cartridges in the <br />amount of $202,935.13 from Axon Enterprise.
