I <br />will hand deliver the originals to Brian later today. <br /> <br />The Project consists of 3 new offices, new corridor(s), remodeled break room, new entries, new <br />electrical, lighting and ceiling, new HVAC system located on the roof and also serving the exercise <br />room, creation of windows on the north side, and related work to solve your needs. <br /> <br />We propose to provide full services including architectural, structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, <br />and other work as necessary to design, help you bid, and observe the construction process through <br />completion. <br /> <br />Please see Attachment A for a description of these services, and see Attachment B for our Standard <br />Hourly Rates and Terms of the Agreement. <br /> <br />We are in the process of upgrading our insurance to the $I,000,000 limit, and will have a certificate <br />sent shortly. <br /> <br />We propose to work on a fixed fee basis of $60,000 (Sixty Thousand Dollars) for all phases, plus any <br />reimbursable expenses not to exceed $4,000 such as printing, postage, plotting, etc, for a total <br />proposal not to exceed $64,000.
