11/05/2018 RESOLUTION NO. 15715 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE REDWOOD CITY DESIGNATING 127 FINGER AVENUE AN HISTORIC LANDMARK WHEREAS, on June 18, 2018, Anne Park (Property Owner/Applicant) applied for Redwood City Historic Landmark designation (Project) at 127 Finger Avenue (APN: 052-063-080) in Redwood City, California; and WHEREAS, on August 9, 2018, the Historic Resources Advisory Committee (HRAC) held a duly noticed public hearing in accordance with all applicable requirements of the State Planning and Zoning Law and the Redwood City Municipal Code to consider the Project; and WHEREAS, the HRAC has determined that the property meets Criterion C for designation as an Historic Landmark according to the historic designation criteria established by the Redwood City Historic Preservation Ordinance (Chapter 40 of the Redwood City Code) and recommended by a vote of 5-0 local landmark designation; and WHEREAS, on September 18, 2018, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing in accordable with all applicable requirements of the State Planning and Zoning Law, the Redwood City Municipal Code, and the Zoning Ordinance to consider the Project; and WHEREAS, on September 18, 2018, the Planning Commission voted 5-0 (Commissioner White absent) to adopt Resolution 18- 15 recommending that the City Council designate the residence a Historic Landmark; and WHEREAS, on November 5, 2018, the City Council held a duly noticed public hearing in accordable with all applicable requirements of the State Planning and Zoning Law, the Redwood City Municipal Code, and the Zoning Ordinance to consider the Project; and WHERAS, the residence and property located at 127 Finger Avenue, Redwood City, California does meet the historic designation criteria established by the Redwood City Historic Preservation Ordinance as follows: ATTY/RESO.0099/CC RESO DESIGNATING 127 FINGER AVE AN HISTORIC LANDMARK RESO.
