Code § 27383. <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br />STORMWATER TREATMENT MEASURES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />(1305 EI Camino Real) <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agre ment, 1305 <br />El Camino Real, ("First Amendment") is made and entered into this day of �0I8 <br />(`-Effective Date'), by and between RWC ECR Venture, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company <br />("Property Owner"), and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and California municipal <br />corporation ("City"). <br />A. The Property Owner and City entered into that certain Stormwater Treatment Measure <br />Maintenance Agreement dated March 31, 2016 and recorded April 26, 2016 as instru hent Number 2016- <br />038477, in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo ("Original Agreement"). <br />B. The Property Owner is the owner of teal property commonly known as 1305 EI Camino <br />Real, Redwood City, CA 94063 (the "Property"), as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached <br />to the Original Agreement. <br />C. The Original Agreement included references to a legible reduced -scale copy of the site plan <br />showing the stormwater treatment measures that are to be located or constructed on the Property ("Site <br />Plan') and installed and maintained by the agreement as shown on Exhibit `B" attached to the Original <br />Agreement. <br />D. The Original Agreement included references to a copy of the Stormwater Treatment <br />Operation and Maintenance Inspection Report describing the stormwater treatment measures that are to be <br />located and maintained on the Property ("Inspection Report") as shown on Exhibit "C" attached to the <br />Original Agreement. <br />E. Since the recordation of the Original Agreement, several alterations were made during <br />the construction of the stormwater treatment measures. The Property Owner requested these <br />modifications to the stormwater treatment measures, and in doing so was required by City to alter the Site <br />Plan and Inspection Report, with this First Amendment. <br />F. The revised Site Plan and Inspection Report are further detailed on Revised Exhibit " B" <br />and Revised Exhibit "C.
