Consideration of Historic Landmark Designation and Historic Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Contract) for a residence located at 127 Finger Avenue (APN:052-063-080) (612) MO 18-211 and Reso. 15715 Recommendation: Hold a public hearing and: 1) Adopt a resolution designating the structure at 127 Finger Avenue, Redwood City, California an Historic Landmark, and 2) By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute and record an Historic Property Preservation Agreement for said property. CEQA: Categorically Exempt - Class 8 (Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of the Environment) and Class 31 (Historical resource restoration/rehabilitation). Associate Planner William Chiu made a presentation. Mayor Bain opened the public hearing. There was no public comment. M/S Seybert/Borgens to close the public hearing.
