Ratification of City Manager's signature to enter into "License for Use" <br />agreement with the State of California's Military Department for use of <br />National Guard Armory facility and associated costs, dated, October 26, 2018 <br />(304) <br />Recommendation: <br />MO 18-208 <br />Approve by motion, the ratification of the October 26, 2018 signature, by City <br />Manager, to enter into a License to Use agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and the State of California Military Department for Use of <br />Readiness Center and Grounds for a period up to July 31, 2019 or through the <br />date of title transfer, whichever is first. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.H. Approve Draft Meeting Minutes for the Closed Session and Regular Meeting of <br />October 22, 2018 (301) MO 18-209 <br />6.1. Approve claims and checks dated November 5, 2018 and the usual and <br />necessary payments through November 19, 2018 (303) MO 18-210 <br />7. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />7.A. Consideration of Historic Landmark Designation and Historic Preservation <br />Agreement (Mills Act Contract) for a residence located at 127 Finger Avenue <br />(APN:052-063-080) (612) MO 18-211 and Reso. 15715 <br />Recommendation: <br />Hold a public hearing and: 1) Adopt a resolution designating the structure at <br />127 Finger Avenue, Redwood City, California an Historic Landmark, and 2) By <br />motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute and record an <br />Historic Property Preservation Agreement for said property. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 8 (Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of <br />the Environment) and Class 31 (Historical resource restoration/rehabilitation). <br />Associate Planner William Chiu made a presentation. <br />Mayor Bain opened the public hearing. There was no public comment. <br />M/S Seybert/Borgens to close the public hearing. The motion passes <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Page 4 of 7 <br />
