No. 20 and P.S. No. 18 <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.D. (304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on November 19, 2018. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard, Masur, Seybert, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Seybert/Howard, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form construction contract 00520 for the Sanitary Sewer <br />Pump Station Improvements Project - P.S. No. 20 (base bid) and P.S. No. 18 (alternate bid) <br />to the lowest responsible bidder, Casey Construction Inc. of Emerald Hills, California for their <br />low bid of $1,682,653.00; and, authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, <br />if necessary, up to 10% of the original contract amount, not to exceed $1,850,918.30. <br />Motion passes 6-0-1 by electronic vote with Councilmember Gee recused and <br />abstained. <br />Pamela Aguilar, C C <br />City Clerk <br />
