6.G. - Page 19 of 40 <br />8.16 Severability. The Invalidity under applicable law of any provision of the Agreement will not affect the validity of <br />any other provision of the Agreement, and if any provision herein is determined to be invalid or otherwise illegal, the <br />Agreement will remain effective and will be construed in accordance with its terms as if the Invalid or illegal provision were <br />not contained herein. <br />8.17 No Inference Against Author. No provision of the Agreement will be interpreted against any party because the <br />party or its legal representative drafted the provision. <br />8.18 No Third Party Beneficlarles. The Agreement is not intended and does not confer any rights or remedies on any <br />entity or person other than Provider and Customer. <br />8.19 Successor Interests. The Agreement is binding upon the heirs, legal representatives, successors and permitted <br />assigns of the parties. <br />8.20 Headings.
