One member of the public addressed the City Council during Public Comment prior to the <br />start of the Closed Session. CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Bain called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL —All Councilmembers were present. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE — The pledge was led by Mayor Bain. <br />4. PRESENTATIONS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS — None. <br />5. Councilmember Gee <br />recused himself from participating in item 6D due to a potential conflict of interest. <br />M/S Masur/Aguirre to approve all items on the Consent Calendar excluding items 6C <br />and 6D.
