CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br />No members, officers, or employees or agents of Contractor, no member of the Board of <br />Directors, and no other official who exercises any function or responsibility with respect <br />to this program during his/his tenure, or for one year thereafter, shall have any interest, <br />direct or indirect, in the agreement or a related contract, or the proceeds thereof. <br />Contractor shall incorporate in all contracts hereunder a provision prohibiting such <br />interest. <br />6 <br />----- --- - ---- <br />
