Council Member Howard - stated that the Kiwanis started the Farmers' Market <br /> on Saturday, April 1 and will be open into the fall. <br /> C. Council Member Bain - stated that with the 100th anniversary of the 1906 <br /> earthquake coming up, the City is sponsoring an Emergency Preparedness Day on <br /> April 18 from 11-1 :00 p.m. You can order supply kits for home or vehicles and see <br /> pictures of great quake and help prepare yourself for the next one. <br /> D. Mayor Pierce - announced that on Wednesday, April 5 from 6-8:30 p.m. at the <br /> Little Fox, the Forum is a presentation on urban design and one of the City <br /> Councilors of Vancouver will be speaking about the work and development in that <br /> area. <br /> 10.
