SEIR format generally warrants a setting, impact and mitigation text that is more comprehensive and detailed than a typical MND text. 4.1.3 Project Consistency with Local and Regional Plans. Completion and evaluation of the consistency of the proposed project changes with applicable local and regional plans, and associated write-up (required for SEIR; not required for original MND approach) 4.1.4 CEQA-Required Assessment Conclusions. Completion of evaluation and write-up describing how the proposed project changes affect the previous Midpoint Technology Park EIR conclusions with regard to the following CEQA- required EJR conclusions (not required for original MND approach): . Effects Found Not to Be Significant 4.1.5 Alternatives to the Proposed Action.
