09/09/02 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 AAr7 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE AND RELINQUISHMENT <br />OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT PROVIDED BY <br />CARGILL, INC. AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION THEREOF <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain document entitled "Release and Relinquishment of <br />Easement," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved by <br />the City of Redwood City. <br />That certain easement created by the document entitled "Grant of <br />Temporary Construction Easement and Consent (Seaport Boulevard <br />Construction)," provided by Cargill, Inc., approved by the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City on August 14, 2000, and recorded with the Recorder's Office of <br />the County of San Mateo as instrument No. 2000 - 125058 is hereby released and <br />relinquished. <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record the Release <br />and Relinquishment of Easement with the Recorder's Office of the County of <br />San Mateo, California. <br />F:AttyFXS /Reso /Reso.1329 <br />08/21/02 <br />
