MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> September 23, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-273 <br /> <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> <br /> DATE: September 24, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> <br /> SUBJECT Approve Redwood City Branch Library in Redwood Shores <br /> <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on September 23, 2002. <br /> <br /> Present: Council Member Ruskin, Jordan, Howard, Ira, Pieme, Hartnett, and <br /> Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />MIS Hartnett/Howard Motion to approve and authorize execution of an <br />agreement with Anderson Brule' Associates, Inc. of San Jose, California for <br />providing Professional Services for developing a Needs Assessment, preparing <br />conceptual plans, completing the State Grant application for Libraries, and other <br />professional architectural and engineering services, as required for the Redwood <br />City Branch Library in Redwood Shores, in an amount not to exceed <br />$180,118.00; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
