<br />J. Ownership of Supplies and Equipment <br /> <br />Any supplies and equipment acquired for the performance of the duties <br />specified in Section 5.A of this Agreement, whether acquired by Contractor or <br />furnished by City, shall at all times be and remain the property of City, and <br />Contractor shall acquire no ownership or title thereto as long as City has <br />reimbursed Contractor for the total cost of said supplies and equipment and <br />excepting any equipment provided through an approved subcontractor in the <br />performance of these duties. <br /> <br />K. Alterations and Improvements <br /> <br />1. No improvements or alterations shall be made in, to, or upon the Parking <br />Facilities, or any appurtenances thereto, by Contractor without the prior <br />written consent of the Parking Manager. <br /> <br />2. No signs, directional, guiding and other stripes, lines, direction and <br />markings shall be installed or painted in or upon the Parking Facilities or <br />removed by Contractor without the prior written consent of Parking <br />Manager. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. ADDITIONAL REPORTS <br /> <br />In addition to the reports required by other provisions of this Agreement, <br />Contractor shall, upon request in writing by the Parking Manager, submit and <br />file with the Parking Manager, in such form as specified by the Parking <br />Manager, reports and information relating to costs and expenses of operation <br />and maintenance of the Parking Facilities; charging, collection of and amount <br />of parking fees collected by Contractor; procedures followed by Contractor; <br />and other matters relating to the operation and custodial maintenance of the <br />Parking Facilities and Contractor's performance under this Agreement. The <br />additional reports shall include, but not be limited to, quarterly reports on <br />inventory, rates, utilization, and other operating data as determined by the <br />Parking Manager. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. CONSULTATION WITH CITY AND ESTIMATED ANNUAL <br />OPERATING BUDGET <br /> <br />A. Consultation <br /> <br />Contractor, when requested by the Parking Manager, shall consult with and <br />advise City regarding rules and regulations for the operation and <br />maintenance of the Garage, fees for parking, collection procedures, budgets <br />and other matters relating to the operation and maintenance of the Garage. <br /> <br />14 <br />
