<br />C. Hours of Operation <br /> <br />1. The Parking Facilities shall be opened and operational for public parking <br />365 days per year, from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. <br /> <br />2. The hours of operation of the Parking Facilities may be revised from time <br />to time by the City upon written notification from the Parking Manager. <br /> <br />D. ParkinQ Fees <br /> <br />1. Subject to change from time to time by the City, the parking fees and <br />charges (taxes, if applicable, included) that are to be collected by <br />Contractor for each automobile or other vehicle parked in the Parking <br />Facilities are attached hereto as E.xhibit A. <br /> <br />2. In accordance with the established flexible rate schedule set forth in <br />Exhibit A, fees and charges may be revised by written notification from <br />the Parking Manager at any time. <br /> <br />3. Contractor shall not collect any other parking rate or charges unless <br />directed to do so by the Parking Manager and shall not charge for any <br />service not set forth in this Agreement unless so authorized by resolution <br />of the City Council. <br /> <br />E. Use of Access and Revenue Control Equipment <br /> <br />Contractor shall operate the Parking Facilities consistent with the City's <br />access and revenue control system, hereinafter referred to as the "Control <br />System", and according to the procedures required by the Parking Manager. <br />Software will not be copied, modified, sold, or made available, for any reason, <br />to and third party. As specified by the Parking Manager, certain report forms <br />and procedures shall be used in conjunction with the Control System. Any <br />modifications of said reports and procedures shall be subject to prior approval <br />and authorization from the Parking Manager. <br /> <br />F. Deposits of Cash Receipts <br /> <br />Any and all monies charged or collected by Contractor for parking fees, <br />except refundable deposits collected by Contractor, shall be deposited by <br />Contractor directly into a bank account (hereinafter "Account") controlled by <br />Contractor. Deposits will be made into the Account by Contractor the next <br />business day following each day's activities, before 3:00 P.M., except for <br />Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, for which deposit shall be made on the <br />next business day. All bank deposit slips shall be made out in multiple copies <br />and one copy shall be forwarded for same day delivery to the attention of the <br />Parking Manager.
