Fxhihif "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE • Generation of materials relative to the City Council offsite meeting, scheduled for February 6, 2021, including style assessment materials, draft agenda and other items as requested by the City Manager. • Provision of individual feedback to each Council Member and designated staff person relative to the individual style assessment analysis. • Provision of facilitation services relative to the City Council offsite, including pre- planning meetings with the City Manager, Mayor and Vice Mayor as requested. • Provision of facilitation services for the Housing & Human Concerns Committee offsite meeting, scheduled for January 23, 2021, including pre -planning meetings with liaison staff, HHCC Chair and Vice Chair. • Estimated hours for the City Council offsite activities are 15 hours and the HHCC activities 12 hours, for a total of 27 hours. • All services to be provided at the direction of the City Manager or her designee. • Consultant will bill the City for work performed on a monthly basis or upon completion of the scheduled activities. All work will be completed at the hourly rate of $200.00, to be paid upon completion of all services and submission of an invoice to the City. • City retains the right to request additional services from the Consultant as deemed necessary in accordance with the above financial terms.
