EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />These services shall include, but not be limited to: <br />• Facilitation of designated topics and issues for a Council offsite meeting on <br />February 9, 2019. <br />• Generation and provision of team development tools and discussion for the <br />Council offsite meeting. <br />• Three pre -event planning meetings for the Council offsite meeting. <br />• Review of documents, including agenda, past actions and Redwood City <br />policies and procedures as related the Council offsite meeting. <br />These services shall be provided for a single sum amount of $2,650, to be paid upon <br />completion of all services and submission of an invoice to the City. All services are to be <br />performed in advance of or at the February 9, 2019 Council offsite meeting. <br />Should additional services be required by the City, such services will be provided at the <br />hourly rate of $200.00 per hour.
