(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on December 10, 2018. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard, Masur, Seybert, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Howard, to: <br />1. Accept the construction improvements for 1100 Veterans Boulevard (Kaiser Hospital), and <br />authorize the release of bonds in accordance with the Agreement for Construction of <br />Improvements; <br />2. Approve the Parcel Map for the lot merger at 1100 Veterans Boulevard; <br />3.
