6.F. - Page 5 of 5 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant shall continue to serve as the City's chief labor relations advisor and <br />spokesperson for negotiations of successor memorandums of understanding with six <br />(6) recognized bargaining groups, as detailed in the Agreement. <br />City will pay Consultant for all additional work associated with those services described <br />in the Agreement an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), for an <br />aggregate amount of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($170,000).
