CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are routine in nature and approved by one motion. <br />Council Member Gee recused himself from Item 6E due to a conflict of interest that <br />his employer is associated with Kaiser. <br />M/S (Seybert/Aguirre) to approve all items on the Consent Calendar, except 6E. The <br />motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />M/S (Borgens/Howard) to approve Item 6E. The motion passes 6-0-1 by electronic <br />vote with Council Member Gee recused and abstained. <br />6.A.
