The timeline <br />shows an overall 12 -13 -month duration for CEQA review, with an Initial Study and <br />NOP released within the first 4-1/2 months. While the Initial Study is in preparation and <br />during its public review, work on the EIR will have commenced to compress the overall <br />schedule. This schedule may be adjusted upon mutual agreement of the City and <br />AECOM without an amendment to this Agreement, e.g. to allow for additional time for <br />City review of documents. <br />Level of Effort <br />AECOM has provided a detailed cost spreadsheet on the two pages following the <br />anticipated schedule duration.
