6.113. - Page 37 of 41 <br />completed following the California Office of Historic Preservation <br />Instructions for Recording Historical Resources; <br />• Photograph and description of existing conditions of the historic -age <br />property from the site visit; <br />• Relevant historical context in which to evaluate the property; <br />• Establishment of a potential period of significance; <br />• Evaluation of the site for California Register of Historical Resources <br />(CRHR), and City of Redwood City historic designation criteria (Redwood <br />City Municipal Code Chapter 40 — Historic Preservation, Sec 40.6); and <br />• Provide a list of character -defining features of the property if found eligible <br />for listing in the CRHR and/or in the City of Redwood City Historic <br />Resource Inventory. <br />The DPR 523 forms would be reviewed by a senior AECOM architectural historian for <br />QA/QC. DPR 523 series forms provided would be provided to the City as electronic <br />copies in MS Word and PDF formats. <br />Task C — Shade and Shadow Study <br />AECOM would augment the scope of work in Exhibit A to provide analysis of the <br />potential shadow impacts that could result from project implementation. Program <br />BE -12 in the Redwood City General Plan reflects the mitigation measures provided <br />in the General Plan Final EIR, and requires that all new development located within <br />the Mixed Use - Corridor (MUC) and Mixed Use - Neighborhood land use <br />designations complete a shade and shadow study. Although only parcels A and B of <br />the proposed project are located in the MUC designation, with the remainder of the <br />project site designated Mixed Use Live Work, AECOM would analyze all structures <br />included in the project. This approach will provide a comprehensive assessment of <br />the potential project impacts on adjacent properties as they relate to shade and <br />shadows. <br />Task C.1— Project Management <br />The project management task includes time for coordination with the City, senior <br />review of documents, and incorporation of the documents below into the Initial <br />Study and EIR. <br />Task C.2 -Fieldwork and Local Research <br />Two AECOM staff will inventory uses around the project site for shade -sensitive uses <br />as identified in the City's General Plan. AECOM staff will map the location and <br />generally identify existing shadows on solar collectors; public open spaces; historic <br />resources; and existing or planned parcels designated Residential - Low, - Medium, <br />- Medium -High and/or - High Density near the project site.
