6.113. - Page 37 of 41 completed following the California Office of Historic Preservation Instructions for Recording Historical Resources; • Photograph and description of existing conditions of the historic -age property from the site visit; • Relevant historical context in which to evaluate the property; • Establishment of a potential period of significance; • Evaluation of the site for California Register of Historical Resources (CRHR), and City of Redwood City historic designation criteria (Redwood City Municipal Code Chapter 40 — Historic Preservation, Sec 40.6); and • Provide a list of character -defining features of the property if found eligible for listing in the CRHR and/or in the City of Redwood City Historic Resource Inventory. The DPR 523 forms would be reviewed by a senior AECOM architectural historian for QA/QC. DPR 523 series forms provided would be provided to the City as electronic copies in MS Word and PDF formats. Task C — Shade and Shadow Study AECOM would augment the scope of work in Exhibit A to provide analysis of the potential shadow impacts that could result from project implementation. Program BE -12 in the Redwood City General Plan reflects the mitigation measures provided in the General Plan Final EIR, and requires that all new development located within the Mixed Use - Corridor (MUC) and Mixed Use - Neighborhood land use designations complete a shade and shadow study. Although only parcels A and B of the proposed project are located in the MUC designation, with the remainder of the project site designated Mixed Use Live Work, AECOM would analyze all structures included in the project. This approach will provide a comprehensive assessment of the potential project impacts on adjacent properties as they relate to shade and shadows. Task C.1— Project Management The project management task includes time for coordination with the City, senior review of documents, and incorporation of the documents below into the Initial Study and EIR. Task C.2 -Fieldwork and Local Research Two AECOM staff will inventory uses around the project site for shade -sensitive uses as identified in the City's General Plan. AECOM staff will map the location and generally identify existing shadows on solar collectors; public open spaces; historic resources; and existing or planned parcels designated Residential - Low, - Medium, - Medium -High and/or - High Density near the project site. This scope of work includes no more than one day of field reconnaissance efforts by AECOM to identify and map shade -sensitive uses that could be affected by the project and to describe existing shadows.
