Support GIS staff with ESRI applications such as ArcGIS Desktop, License <br />Server and Portal. <br />3. Administer Microsoft SOL Server 2014 and greater, Microsoft Access, and <br />other databases, including security. <br />4. Analyze, develop, recommend, test, implement, and support technology <br />solutions that solve organizational challenges, needs and requests. <br />5. Administer IIS including the creation of new sites, host header names, and the <br />creation of SSL certificates. <br />6. Document processes, procedures, and solutions. <br />7. Evaluate, install, and support third party software onto servers and end point <br />devices. <br />8. Design, configure, and support the City's infrastructure including Local Area <br />Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WAN), wireless networks, data <br />storage, virtual and physical servers, and telephone system. <br />9. Design, configure, and support mobile solutions and devices. <br />10. Prepare clear and concise reports and data analysis. <br />11. Provide technology support to, and train users. <br />12. Support audiovisual solutions. <br />13. Conduct detailed analysis of user department requirements. <br />14. Serve as a liaison to vendor technical staff. <br />15. Develop and support Disaster Recovery solutions. <br />16. Support the City's Emergency Operations Center (EOC). <br />17. Support City-wide and departmental websites and social media efforts. <br />18. Recommend, implement, and maintain technology solutions that minimize <br />disruptions to mission critical and normal operations. <br />19.
