EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant shall perform the following tasks for a total not -to -exceed amount of $15,650.00. <br />Task 1—Additional Survevinv <br />- Survey the intersections of Bay Rd / Eighth Ave; Bay Rd / Tenth Ave; and Florence <br />SUSeventeenth Ave. <br />- Survey the southeast corner of Spring Street and Flynn Avenue. <br />Cost <br />CSG shall perform all tasks under Task 1 for a not -to -exceed amount of $7,700. The breakdown <br />for this fee, by task, is shown in the chart below. <br />Task 2 —Additional Civil Design <br />Design driveways, curb ramps, and drainage to accommodate new Rectangular Rapid Flashing <br />Beacons at Bay Rd / Eighth Ave; Bay Rd / Tenth Ave, and Florence St/Seventeenth Ave. <br />Design curb and gutter to correct existing sag points and replace additional areas of sidewalk at <br />Bay Rd / Eighth Ave; Bay Rd / Tenth Ave, and Florence St/Seventeenth Ave. <br />Design one additional curb ramp at Spring St and Flynn Ave. <br />Cost <br />CSG shall perform all tasks under Task 2 for a not -to -exceed amount of $7,950.
