<br />Proposed Annexation of the Lands of the City of Redwood City <br />To the City of San Carlos <br />March 2001 <br /> <br />Parcel One: <br /> <br />All that real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the most westerly comer ,of that certain parcel of land described in the <br />annexation by the City of San Carlos entitled, "Resolution No. 1982-34," which was <br />recorded in that certain Document No. 82075252 on September 1, 1982, in the Official <br />Records of San Mateo County; <br /> <br />Thence along the southwesterly line of the parcel described in the above referenced <br />Resolution No. 1982-34, South 42°08'24" East, 35.48 feet to the northerly comer of that' <br />certain parcel of land described in that annexation by the City of San Carlos described in <br />certain Ordinance No. 606 which was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of <br />Supervisors of the County of San Mateo on May 29, 1965; <br /> <br />Thence leaving the said southwesterly line and along the said northwesterly line, <br />South 47°51 '36" West, 114;25 feet; <br /> <br />Thence continuing along said northwesterly line, South 44°16'36" West, 286.17 feet to <br />the beginning of a tangent curve to the left; <br /> <br />Thence continuing along said northwesterly line and along said curve, having a radius of <br />457.00 feet, tprough a central angle of 26°09'24", for an arc length of 208.63 feet to the <br />northeasterly line of that certain Parcel 2 of land described in the annexation by the City <br />of San Carlos entitled, "Resolution No. 6354," which was filed in the Office of the Clerk <br />of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo on April 1, 1952; <br /> <br />Thence along said northeasterly line of Parcel 2 described in the above referenced <br />Resolution No. 6354 and that parcel described in Ordinance No.444 (Serial No. 15858Q), <br />recorded on January 30, 1958 in the Official Records of San Mateo County, North <br />42°08'24" West, 226.80 feet; <br /> <br />Thence leaving said northeasterly line North 21 °49' 19" East, 297.77 feet to the beginning <br />of a tangent curve to the right; <br /> <br />Thence along said curve having a radius of 1140.07 feet, through a central angle of <br />20°44'01", an arc length of 412.56 feet; <br /> <br />Exhibit" F" <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
