<br />EXHIBIT "G" <br /> <br />COVENANTS AND DEED RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />San Carlos shall maintain the newly constructed improvements, <br />including quality maintenance of the landscaping and signage on the <br />Properties. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />San Carlos shall retain the Properties in an open, landscaped condition. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />San Carlos shall indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Redwood City, its <br />Council members, employees, and agents from any and all claims, <br />liabilities, and lawsuits arising from or connected with the construction of <br />the Improvements, their maintenance and/or control thereof, either <br />before or atter detachment and annexation. <br />
