Select company (or companies) to provide solid waste <br />management services (including solid waste reduction, <br />reuse, collection, recycling, and disposal) with <br />competitive market price <br />. Ensure that the specific interests and needs of the <br />varied Member Agencies are met by the contractor <br />.
