"Board of Equalization", requires the annual meeting of the Board of Equalization to begin at 10:00 a.m., on the third Monday on July 15, 2002. Due to the lack of a quorum, the Annual Board of Equalization Meeting was adjourned from July 15, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. to July 15, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber. Affidavit of Publication of Public Hearing Notice and Adjournment is on file in the City Clerk Department. The Mayor called the City Council meeting and the Board of Equalization meeting to order concurrently. The Board of Equalization meeting began immediately following the Consent Calendar and discussion of Item 7.2A of special Council Meeting Agenda. '1. CALL TO ORDER- 7:23 p.m. 2.
