This will be our eleventh year. The dates for the Carnival are Saturday July 1 through Thuesday July 4. We plan to open the Carnival at 10 a.m. each morning except for July 4 when we will open at 1 p.m. or after the Parade had ended. We will close each day at 11 p.m.. Enclosed are the insurance certificate from Kiwanis and will forward the insurance certificate of Butler Amusement when received. I will appreciate it very much if you will arrange to have two off -duty police officers patrol the Carnival grounds from 7 p.m. to closing 11 p.m.. Thank you again for your assistance.
