O R I G I N A L _ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 L <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY <br />MANAGER <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The compensation for the position of City Manager is hereby <br />amended by revising the salary schedule as set forth in Exhibit "A" (commencing <br />from and after October 11, 1999) which Exhibit is attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br />2. In addition to the provisions of Paragraph 1, the terms and conditions <br />of employment for the position of City Manager shall include those provisions <br />established for positions included in the Executive Management Classifications <br />set forth in that certain document entitled, "City of Redwood City — Executive <br />Management - Summary of Benefits — Effective May 1, 2000," a copy of which is <br />on file in the office of the Director of Human Resources, except to the extent <br />otherwise provided by letters of agreement dated November 13, 1991, <br />November 2, 1994, November 8, 1995, and June 8, 1998, and subsequent <br />amendments thereto not in conflict with the provisions hereof. <br />3.
