<br />DESCRIPTION OF ENCROACHMENT <br /> <br />That 2 foot wide (24 inches) strip of land situate in the City of Redwood City, County of <br />San Mateo, State of California, being a portion of Hamilton Street (80 feet wide), <br />Broadway (80 feet wide) and Middlefield Road (80 feet wide), all being shown on that <br />certain Record of Survey filed in Volume 8 of Licensed Land Surveyors Maps at pages <br />38-41, Records of San Mateo County, said strip being described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northwest corner of Block 3 of Range "A" as shown on said map and <br />as shown on that certain map entitled Town of Mezesville, filed in the office of the <br />County Recorder of San Mateo, State of California on August 1, 1856 in Book 1 of <br />Maps at page 79; thence along the west line of said Block South 3° 29' 27" East 150.00' <br />feet; thence leaving said west line South 86° 30' 33" West 2.00 feet; thence North 3° <br />29' 27" West 152.00 feet parallel to said west line to a point distant northerly 2.00 feet, <br />measured at right angles, from westerly prolongation of the northerly line of said Block; <br />thence North 86° 30' 00" East 203.99 feet parallel to last said line to a point distant <br />easterly 2.00 feet, measured at right angles, from the northerly prolongation of the <br />easterly line of said Block; thence South 3° 29' 26" East 237.00 feet parallel with the <br />easterly line of said Block; thence South 86° 30' 34" West 2.00 feet to the easterly line <br />of said Block; thence along last said line North 3° 29' 26" West 235.00 feet to the <br />northerly line of said Block; thence South 86° 30' 00" West 199.99 feet along last said <br />line to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />END OF DESCRIPTION <br /> <br /> <br />SMITH RANDLETT FOULK & STOCK, INC., P.o.
