EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Contractor shall furnish the labor, supervision, and materials (unless otherwise stated by <br />the City) for the project, including but not limited to the following: <br />• Light demolition to accommodate the construction of new wall partitions. <br />• Construction of new wall partitions as per "Option 1 Floor Plan" referenced in Exhibit B, <br />Floor Plan, and including: <br />o Frame walls using non-structural metal -stud framing. <br />o Install new 5/8" sheet rock, including mud and tape. <br />o Paint new walls using Kelly Moore "Frost' <br />• Installation of new light switches and power outlets in all new offices; electrical conduit <br />and wiring provided onsite by City. <br />• Installation only of new office doors and sight -glass windows; doors, windows, and any <br />pertinent hardware to be provided by City. <br />Page 6 of 7 <br />ATTY/AGR/2018.283/JOVAN CONSTRUCTION INC. <br />REV: 12-14-18 PT <br />
