EXHIBIT A <br />Scope of Work/ Tasks <br />• Completion of Pilot Program for a maximum of 20-25 participants: <br />0 24 one-hour In -Person, Active Wellness Yoga classes (2 classes total per week) <br />o Preliminary and post program testing (16 volunteers tested) <br />• Contractor or her designated representative will perform all work. <br />• Classes will be conducted at the Public Works Services Facility at 1400 Broadway Street, <br />Redwood City, CA <br />• On -Going Programs may be initiated upon the completion of the Pilot Program and the <br />creation of a renewed agreement. <br />2.
