The inspections shall document the following National Association of Sewer Service <br />Companies (NASSCO) (PACP) formatted observations: <br />• Cracks - radial and longitudinal, hairline oropen; <br />• Laterals (identify active or inactive, if possible) - quadrant location, protruding, <br />cracks, roots; <br />• Corrosion - iron stains, roughened aggregate, exposed aggregate, exposed rebar, <br />or exposed soil; <br />• Offsets/sage - 1 -inch, 2 -inch, 4 -inch, etc. <br />• Roots - light, moderate, heavy, or matted roots; <br />• Grease - light, moderate, or heavy; <br />• Infiltration - water strains, dripping water, or stream of water; <br />• Other - holes in pipe, missing tile; <br />• Pictures of all pipe defects that are Severity Grade 3 and greater in JPEG format <br />labeled with line and footage. <br />C. Deliverables <br />Contractor shall submit CCN inspection reports via electronic file data transmittals using <br />shared cloud data storage, provision of hard drives, flash drives, and/or by DVD. Electronic <br />submittals will include: <br />• Video Files in MPEG -4 format; <br />• Pictures of all pipe defects that are Severity Grade 3 and greater in JPEG format, <br />labeled with line and footage; <br />• NASSCO/PACP Inspection reports; and <br />• Inspection Logs. <br />If video and/or captured images do not clearly show the pipe conditions due to an inadequate <br />amount of light or are of such poor quality that staff is unable to evaluate the condition of the <br />sewer or locate sewer service connections, Contractor is responsible for re -televising that <br />section of the pipe at the Contractor's expense. <br />Contractor will submit all deliverables within 24 hours after completion of inspection. <br />Deliverables may be provided via hard drive to the Public Works Municipal Services Center <br />or electronically emailed to Public Works staff. <br />REV: 11-01-19 EI <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 1/Presidio Systems (Page 4 of 5) <br />
