ORIGINAL AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR GENERAL SERVICES Presidio Systems, Inc. This Amendment No. 1 (the "Amendment No. 1") is entered into and effective as of No\jem�per 2fo , 2019, by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Presidio Systems, Inc., a California corporation ("Contractor') (collectively, the "Parties"). RECITALS A. The Parties previously executed that certain General Services Agreement, dated as of November 29, 2018, (the "Original Agreement") (the "Original Agreement" and "Amendment No. 1" are collectively known as the "Agreement"). B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Amendment No.1, including any terms and conditions of the attached Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. Consultant will provide the additional services set forth in Exhibit "A", and such services will be considered part of the Services for purposes of the Agreement. 2. Unless terminated earlier, the term of this Agreement will be a period of two years from the Effective Date. 3. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. 4. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Contractor pursuant to the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. 5. The individuals executing this Amendment and the instruments referenced in it on behalf of Contractor each represent and warrant that they have the legal power, right and actual authority to bind Contractor to the terms and conditions of this Amendment.
