ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR GENERALSERVICES <br />Cintas Corporation <br />This Amendment No. 1 (the "Amendment No. 1") is entered into and effective as <br />of December 2, 2019, by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Cintas Corporation, an Ohio <br />Corporation ("Contractor") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The Parties previously executed that certain General Services Agreement, <br />dated as of December 3, 2018, (the "Agreement") <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. Unless terminated earlier, the term of this Agreement will be a period of <br />fifteen (15) months from the Effective Date. <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Contractor pursuant to <br />the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. <br />4.
