Approve Draft Meeting Minutes for the Closed Session and Regular Meeting of <br />November 19, 2018 (301) MO 18-230 <br />6.K. Approve claims and checks dated December 3, 2018 and the usual and <br />necessary payments through December 10, 2018 (303) MO 18-231 <br />PUBLIC HEARING - NONE <br />8. STAFF REPORTS <br />S.A. Compensation Adjustments for the City Manager and City Attorney (905) <br />RES 15721 and RES 15722 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to the <br />employment agreement for the City Manager to provide for adjustments to <br />salary; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to the <br />employment agreement for the City Attorney to provide for adjustments to <br />salary. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />M/S Seybert/Gee to adopt Resolution 15721 authorizing the Mayor to execute <br />an amendment to the employment agreement for the City Manager to provide <br />for adjustments to salary and benefits; and Resolution 15722 authorizing the <br />Mayor to execute an amendment to the employment agreement for the City <br />Attorney to provide for adjustments to salary.
