Seybert, Council Member <br />The City Council held a Closed Session meeting at 5:45 p.m. on November 19, 2018 for the purpose of <br />evaluating the performance of a public employee and to confer with Legal Counsel regarding existing <br />litigation. One member of the public addressed the City Council during Public Comment prior to the <br />start of the Closed Session. The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m. <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY/PUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY <br />REGULAR MEETING AGENDA <br />November 19, 2018 <br />7:00 PM <br />1. CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Bain called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL — All Councilmembers were present. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The pledge was led by Mayor Bain. <br />4. PRESENTATIONS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS — None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR AND ON ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />The following member of the public spoke during public comment: <br />• Jodi Paley <br />6. CONSENTCALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by <br />one motion and one vote. <br />Councilmember Borgens was recused from participating in item 6C due to a conflict of <br />interest that her residence is located within the subject area. Councilmember Gee <br />recused himself from participating in item 6D due to a potential conflict of interest. <br />M/S Masur/Aguirre to approve all items on the Consent Calendar excluding items 6C <br />and 6D.
