6.G. - Page 23 of 30 <br />Attachment B <br />WHEREAS, this Council, as the Code reviewing body for the City, adopted a <br />Conflict of Interest Code for the Successor Agency via SA 16-02 and repealed the <br />Conflict of Interest Code for the dissolved Redevelopment Agency. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Adoption. That the Code entitled "Conflict of Interest Code of the <br />Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency" is hereby approved <br />and adopted as set forth in Exhibit "A", along with attached Appendices, incorporated <br />herein by reference in which Officials are designated herein and by this reference made <br />a part hereof. <br />2. Effective Date. The adoption of this Code shall be effective immediately. <br />3. Filing of Resolution. The Secretary of the Successor Agency Board is <br />hereby directed to file a copy of this resolution with his or her office and to make it <br />available to members of the general public. <br />4. Repeal. The Successor Agency Conflict of Interest Code (adopted by <br />Resolution No. SA 16-02) is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br />5. Effective Date.
