+J S. About time we used the Bay. Ferry services from Marin are terrific. Redwood City is a
port. Already there. The Ferry Building is already there and close to the heart of the city. The
water's already there in between. Little to build. Much to gain. Let's do it.
+l 5 Boats are awesome. Works well in Marin. The ferry building is a much more convenient
to many SF destinations than the Caltrain station (at least until the planned extension to the
transit center).
+1 5 great idea. The more modes of transportation the better.
+1 5. Absolutely needed AND can it be completed quicker? It's needed now.
+1 5 To not consider ferry service is shortsighted. We must get Ferry service to RWC! This
should not even be a question. The questions should be, "how quickly can it be done?"
+1 4 anything to increase bandwidth I guess
+1 5. 1 think it would be great. A nice access to both SF and RWC, creating more connection
between the two areas. Not only useful for employee commuting but also serving recreational
uses for trips to or from either destination.
+1 5. The more transit the better
+1 5. I'm all for more public transportation options
+1 5 should also include a shuttle service from Downtown RWC to the ferry. We need all
modes including Caltrain. We can decide what works best for us. Also depends on where the
ferry stops in SF and ease of transportation from there.
+1 5 for people who work in the city, another way to commute would be a plus. I often won't
go to SF on weekends because Caltrain/Bart takes too long & doesn't run frequently
+1 5 This would be a great service to Redwood City residents and encourage much needed
alternative public transportation to and from San Francisco. In addition, I think the new influx
of ferry passengers to the area around the Port would eventually promote the addition of
