OFFICERS AND BOARDS: The administrative officers and boards shall be City Manager, City Clerk, City Engineer, Chief of Police, Chief of Fire Department, Director of Finance, City Attorney and such other officers and boards or commissions as may be hereafter established. The City Manager and; City Attorney, and Gity n,,._7, shall be appointed by the Council and the removal of any of them shall be only on the affirmative vote of five -sevenths (5/7ths) of all members of the City Council. All other officers and employees shall be appointed by the eCity mManager and shall hold office or position at his,-ep4ie~rthe City Manager's pleasure.
